For that reason, we made a conscious decision to move more into electronic advertisements for our clients. We had upgraded and expanded our webs page but we needed more. Kip Husk approached us with a unique opportunity to purchase a new larger sign with an electronic message board. With our office located right along the Lloyd Expressway, at 18 S. Congress Avenue, Kip offered the perfect solution. He even had a plan to help finance the sign and offered to release me from the contract if I wasn’t satisfied. At first I was skeptical of this ‘too good to be true’ offer but found that, indeed, it was true. Husk Signs took care of every aspect from the permitting process to helping us learn the software. I asked them to join the Chamber several years ago after inquiring about my electronic sign that I purchased and did not receive back any response from the local vendors, Husk was the only response I received back. Husk was Johnny-on-the-spot and have been there anytime I have needed them. Their techs live in Owensboro and Kip gives back to this community in many ways. This is most recently apparent by opening an office here in Owensboro. He could service our area out of Evansville and probably more cost effective but has decided to fully commit to our city by having brick and mortar here.

I am pleased and excited to report to you that one day after the signs went up, we experienced a sales growth of 60%. I will have to admit, at first, I thought it must be a fluke. After hearing the comments in regards to the signs from our customers, and the sales have held true for a month now, I realize it was due to the signs and nothing else.
